These terms govern your use of tijauri.in and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About us
tijauri.in is operated by Tijauri, a sole proprietorship of Vipluv Vipin Sharma, GR Sitara Sarjapura Hobli, Site No. 9/3, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560099, India. GSTIN: 29GGTPS6139H1ZE.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe our pieces as accurately as we can, including materials and finish. Photographs and images represent the product as faithfully as we can, but colour can vary slightly between screens.
Our jewellery is fashion jewellery. Pieces are 18k gold plated over a stainless steel base and are not solid precious metal.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST. GST is added at checkout at the applicable rate. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We may cancel an order listed at an obviously incorrect price, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, delivery to your location is not possible, or the order appears fraudulent.
5. Shipping
Delivery timelines on our Shipping Policy are estimates provided by our courier partners. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns and replacements
Our Return & Exchange Policy forms part of these terms. In short, we do not accept returns for change of mind, and we replace items received damaged or defective subject to the conditions set out there, including an unboxing video and a claim raised within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Product care and wear
Anti-tarnish finishes resist, but do not permanently prevent, tarnishing. Plating wears naturally with time and use. Damage arising from wear, chemicals, improper storage or not following our Jewellery Care guidance is not covered.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including designs, photographs, text and the Tijauri name and logo, belongs to us and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
9. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, do not interfere with its operation, and do not extract data from it by automated means.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
