We ship across India. Here is exactly what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 4–5 working days for most locations. Remote and North-East locations can take 7–10 working days.
These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Festivals, weather and regional disruptions can add a day or two.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹799. Orders below ₹799 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹79. Order value is calculated after any offers and before GST.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, we will send tracking details to your email and phone. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number any time.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We can update an address only before dispatch, so message us quickly if you spot a mistake. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will need a reshipping charge to be sent out again.
Failed delivery attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to three attempts. If all three fail, the package comes back to us and we will reach out to arrange redelivery.
International shipping
We currently ship within India only.
